Sometimes a number is problematic because someone had it before ParaguaySMS (our provider Claro reuses numbers). We never reuse numbers ourselves. If this happens, we offer one free replacement.

If an active paid SIM stops working, we'll refund your last 3 months of subscription costs. This guarantees we're serious about keeping your number alive. This has never happened.

Porting may be possible depending on the provider. Contact us to discuss specific cases.

Your SIM stays with us. It can usually be reactivated within 1–3 months, but this is not guaranteed. For guaranteed reactivation, see the holding fee option below.

You can cancel anytime by emailing us. There are no contracts or commitments.

Yes. You can use your number for as long as you want, whether that's months or years.

Not at the moment. We currently only support SMS reception. We're working on adding phone call support in the future.

Note: Some banks like Dukascopy may require a phone call for initial KYC verification. If your KYC is already complete, you can use our number for 2FA and SMS verifications.
